Provided counseling and advice to unit personnel on training requirements to enhance career progression. Prepared and initiated all necessary documentation for administrative actions, and provided leadership during private military investigation reviews to ensure productive outcomes for the unit.
Managed the reception, review, coordination, and recording of a variety of unit administrative assignments. Performed daily HR administrative duties, maintained both manual and automated filing systems, and resolved soldier inquiries regarding HR issues. Planned and coordinated the unit’s overall administrative HR functions.
